Improving handwriting

 


 

Some people find it difficult to lay out words when writing. For example, people with dysgraphia may sometimes need feedback from people to help them improve their handwriting. The inking technology built into the Tablet PC allows you to get more immediate feedback directly from the Tablet PC itself, and so can help you improve your handwriting without needing input from people around you.

 

For example, the Tablet PC includes a note-taking program called Windows Journal. You can practice your handwriting by adding digital ink with Journal. This is what the ink could look like in Journal:

You can then see what Journal thinks the text for the inked word is. In this case, you could see the following window:

By doing this, you get immediate feedback from the Tablet PC, and don't require another person to be around to give that feedback.
